Simple request: mod to make Master level Illusion spells (Harmony, Hysteria, Mayhem) scale with character level. Seems like bulls*** that the Master level spells are useless against guards and such once you get high enough level. I'm the Archmage of Winterhold College, ffs. These piss-drinking Riften rent-a-cops should do what I tell them to.

And the perks don't do enough?

 

From UESP:

"Dual casting an Illusion spell overcharges the effects into an even more powerful version. This slightly more than doubles the maximum level of any level-based Illusion spell. Level adjustments from Animage or Kindred Mage or Hypnotic Gaze or Aspect of Terror or Rage are applied before the doubling effect."

 

The Hypnotic Gaze and similar increase be a lot.

More edit: So Mayhem with Kindred Mage/Rage/Dual Cast is (25 + 10 + 12)*2,something > 94!!!

 

Not enough?

 

Without these perks you're not an Illusionist, certainly not an Arch Illusionist.

For whatever reason the dual cast perk doesn't apply to Master-level Illusion spells because as two-handed spells they're technically not dual cast (same thing with Impact perk and Master-level Destruction spells).

I'm not master yet so I didn't know they were two-handed. Well, that kind of makes them inferior now doesn't it... Bad game design.

 

EDIT: So, you're better off dual casting a lower level spell?
