New to the forums/modding in general, could use some help.

I downloaded SnakeBite, tried a couple mods (just downloaded, installed). Didn't work.

 

I see other mods requiring QARTool and code editing, stuff of which I know nothing about. Could someone possibly help me get started.

 

 

On that same note. How do I go about actually making mods?
