robhartman9
I was watching some you tube mod videos to preview some of the available mods. There is a link to a site by a mod author on the nexus.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8704/?Tales from the commonwealth is a quest mod of extraordinary quality. I have done 1 of 18 quests in the mod and this one is a winner compete with voice actors and dialog scenes. Kris Takahashi is able to do a better job than the Bethesda team. You will need to download manually from his site. Move the zip file to the fallout data folder and extract. I used the NMM to enable the esm. Try it you wont regret it. I don't want to give away too much but at the end of the first quest you have a choice and your decision will decide what perk is gained as a reward for completion. Talented actors, unique npc's, unique perks. I'm so impressed I could go on and on. You have to try this.

Raycheetah
Kris' Skyrim mod, Interesting NPCs, always added depth to both followers and to the world at large. Even if you didn't involve yourself in the surprising variety of quests hidden behind the new characters, just their interactions livened up some of Skyrim's more dreary locales. I expect Tales from the Commonwealth to be even more polished, reflecting on what Kris and his team learned from Interesting NPCs. =^[.]^=
robhartman9
I tried a few more of the quests in this mod. A couple from the list seem to be inactive and the ones that start with bobbi no nose didn't work because the game disables that NPC after you finish the big dig. I guess its still a work in progress. The quests that are finished are exceptionally well done and add a depth to the game. Thus the name 3d npc. robhartman9
I clicked on the link and it is different now. You are able to download with the NMM. This was not the case when I made the post. I may have to reinstall as it might be an updated version.
