Deleted1754360User
i can't click on it,its just a gray text. "bEnableFileSelection=1" is already in the skyrimprefs ini so idk what to do!? EDIT: apparently you have to add it to the top of the list and i've been adding it at the bottom.. MShoap13
This line needs to be under the [Launcher] section of the SkyrimPrefs.ini located in C:\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\.

LastMan5tanding
I have the same problem with data files being greyed, but also, Nexus mod manager won't work for me. It's like my computer is totally against me moddingit didnt work. im f***ing pissed. ive tried everything. man, are you using MAC or Win? and check what you are opening it with, use the "note blog" or whatever "blog de notas" in spanish NOT the word pad....i think....that how i did it. another thing you could do is to backup the "skyrimprefs" and tweak the propertys such as the security and check "Total Control" to users and admins try to open it as administrator... take it to another computer and edited there then take it back and replace it back on yours a mean i just vomiting solutions here but you know hope it helped.sorry
