Strange seams in sword textures

I am having a bit of an issue, not a very large one but it is getting on my nerves.

 

My textures on all of my swords besides the scimitar have a strange horizontal seam going across the blade, dividing it in half with an extremely noticeable line.

 

The seams only appear in third person view and are slightly noticeable or very noticeable depending on the area lighting. It is really bothering me since I enjoy playing in third person view.

 

I was wondering if anyone else is getting this or if I could fix it via mod or tweaking of video settings. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it a whole lot.

I don´t know how to fix it but it sounds like it was an issue caused by the normal maps because there is a uv seam there.

I noticed this earlier yesterday on my chill rend blade, perhaps cause of the light color....I had shrugged it off earlier as part of the design of cracked glass or something but it was perfectly straight and horizontal. I hope there is an easy fix someone noticed, I will probably be looking at all my swords closer then normal now lol. Oh, and I only noticed it in 3rd person, it would have been obvious i think if it was in first person.

So I know this is an old topic, but I noticed the same thing, both on my Chillrend and on my glass swords (though they're less noticeable). Haven't checked every other sword, but definitely it happens on those 2. Haven't found any solution, I was just glad that I wasn't the only one with this problem. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there's any solution? Thanks!
