f4se opens steam

So Steam updated tonight for me. After updating, when I launched FO4, the game detected my video settings and adjusted them for me automatically, like with a fresh install, which was weird.

 

Anyhow now when I try to launch FO4 with f4se, Steam keeps opening and isn't being bypassed.

 

Does anyone know how to remedy this situation?

Set F4SE to run as administrator should cure it.

I get that from time to time, when the game crashes due to a steam error, or at least I think it's a steam error. Setting F4SE to run as admin. does not work for me, and can run it fine without doing so. Only rebooting my comp works.

 

I have read on the reddit.com page that clearing it's plugin folder helps. Mostly when you update it.
