LE slow time increased blocking to evade

after unlocking the Quick Reflexes perk, time slows down whenever player blocks an enemy's power attack. but the duration of slow time is too short to evade an enemy's power attack as the name of perk indicates.

 

so please, increase the slow time to evade an enemy's power attack.

The slowing of time in the Quick Reflexes perk is actually so that you can use a weapon/shield bash to knock them out of their power attacks.

 

But yes, it would be nice if there was a way to make it longer so you could choose to dodge it, instead. Or even taking it one step further, make it where if you trigger the Quick Reflexes perk you can hit a command to do a cool evasive technique like a sidestep, backstep, sideflip/backflip if your Sneak if high enough, etc.
