I searched mods but some of them remove completely from game some of them just decrease their abilities. I dont like both of these. I just want skill books increase max HP +5 ( with perk +10 ). That make no waste them or removing fun of distribute skills when level up. They are still be usefull to survive ( Its just my ideas ). If anyone make that mod I will be really glad.
