wcho035
Hey guys, Do you know how this can be done in nifskope? Like ejecting out from left instead of right and etc?
prensa
wcho035 - Hello! Well I don't have Fallout 4 & I know a lot has changed in .nif's from Fallout 3 so this may not apply anymore. But in Fallout 3 guns there's a "ShellCasingNode" that works similar to the ProjectileNode. Altering the orientation of ShellCasingNode by adjusting it via - right click - transformation allows you to determine where the casing is ejected. If your Fallout 4 gun .nif still has this node then you can try that. Hope this helps! Prensa Edited August 18, 2016 by prensa

steve40
Afaik, the node has been replaced by BSConnectPoint::Parents with the name P-Casing on the weapon. This matches with the BSConnectPoint::Children with the name C-Casing on the casing. My guess is that rotating the P-Casing parent connect point would change the ejection angle.
