Fallout 3 RTS Mod doesnt Compare with Version 1.7 wth??

Hey, hello thanks for you attention, i have a big problem with my Fallout 3 and RTS because, if i run fallout, with the Fose (as said in the Installation description of FOSE) it works, coz i downloaded the 1.7 Patch from bethesda Softworks, but if i want to start it with RTS activated in FOMM (and i did everything said in the Installation description of RTS) i dont even reach the Main Menu coz there is a Error Report, that sais, that my Fallout3.exe is Version 1.7.0.3 and thats what it says in the Main Directory of Fallout3, but it says i need version 1.7 and there was just that one version 1.7 to download, and now i dont get what is wrong with this, could anybody PLEASE help me?
