Deleted3136240User Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 I'm kinda lost.I'm lurking around at level 30 and I have yet to encounter a single Storm- or Frost Atronach.All I'm finding in the wilderness are Flame Atronach's and every Conjurer I encounter refuses to summon the Storm or Frost Version.I would love to see them in action, because they look pretty cool (and I need their salts), so I would love if someone could point me in a direction of where to look for them.Much appreciated.
TheSuey Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 I find that the odd draugr wight summons frost atronachs but otherwise ive never encountered any of them either. :confused: The TES wiki lists them as spawning in dungeons, from conjurers and the player, not really much help. I would assume your level would also be a strong factor. :unsure:

Elendre Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 When I stumbled onto the Shadow standing stone (south of Riften), it was being guarded by a conjurer who conjured up a frost atronach against me- was my first experience fighting one :ohmy:
ddwmk2002 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 If you really have nothing better to do and want to fight an atronach... summon one and hit it with a weak spell or weak dagger 3-4 times, it should turn hostile and if you dont sheathe your weapon you get to fight it, also dont use bound weapons if your bound weapons can bandish, its instant kill vs summoned units
