gilar9 Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Hello there, I have just killed Krosis or whatever that undead spirit on the mountain is and learn the three words of Throw Voice. While spending 3 dragon souls to unlock all 3 words, the recharge time remains as 30 sec instead of 5. Have any of you encounter such situation? I am a mod user but have not downloaded any mod regarding shout or magic so I guess not affiliated with that? Pnaraasi94 Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 It worked for me right after learning the words and using my last souls to unlock them. Since then it seems to have randomized. Sometimes it takes the full 18 seconds recharging (feels like forever, actually), sometimes only 3.
