kingkong11
Good evening. So recently i've been playing a lot of skyrim. I got myself set up with mods again and everything was running smooth like a dream. As of now i have 122 Active mods. The thing is, this issue didn't come after i installed a mod. I have gone about 2 days without adding something to the mix. This started happening yesterday. Any suggestions as to what it may be?Ps - i've tried the following.Upgraded graphics driversUnclogged my save (it was 28mb)Disabled all mods and tried a new save (didn't work)Reinstalled the game (vanilla) and it still happened.Used a ENB and set it up correctly with those memory tweaks.tried a few various other tweaks too.Specs are:AMD fx6300 @3.8ghz8gb ddr 3 ramMSI gtx 750ti ocThe game is on my SSD, so load times are usually 5-10 seconds. Now its 20-30 if i wait out the unresponsive game. All help will be greatly appreciated :laugh:Load order is done VIA LOOT. Darkstyler35
Hello,<The game is on my SSD, so load times are usually 5-10 seconds. kingkong11
Hi, thank you a lot for this. I am working my way through it now :geek:.so far these haven't done the trick:/// Cleaning and correcting potential bugs/// Load order / mods conflictsI loaded up the game, before attempting any of these fixes again and the problem wasn't there. After restarting the game to see if it had really gone away, it happened again. So frustrating.
MaxShadow09
Are you playing in a window or borderless? I do, and the loading screen sometimes stops responding, but it's still loading. After a while, the game starts. If your game is not starting, then you may be experiencing the "infinite loading screen". You should try the SKSE memory patch, Crash Fixes or (less recommended) SSME. GNinja89
This may be old but I was having same issue and I fixed it. I know for certain it is ENBoost as it doesnt happen without it. For some reason it was my anti virus. I was watchn a video of crash fixes etc and they guy mentioned that norton and other AV can interefere with Skyrim when its on. I disabled Norton AV and loaded up and had no issues with not responding anymore. Hopefully this is ueseful to anyone who comes across this.
