Are you sure you have set up everything correctly? I just thought maybe the mod author, you, has to unlock the comment function. In a word: Have you checked "user permissions" - "allow commenting" - "Yes."? Today i will start to work on an update for my mod - so it would be very nice if there would be a solution like this quote "It can still bug out from time to time.
