Iapetus
Y'AI NG'NGAHYOGH-SOTHOTHH'EE-L'GEBF'AI THRODOGUAAAH I am currently working on a mod that adds in hand-placed Dungeons and Dragon-like artifacts. The kind that give you a (Greater)power on top of various stat-boosts and/or damage enhancements. However, and I probably should have posted this before I got half-way through the damned thing, is there any interest in this sort of thing? And I mean any. Give me one person who espouses any sort of hope for this kind of "project", and I will finish it. Finish it with both gusto and abandon, fused into one unholy form. Abandusto. LoginToDownload
You have my wholehearted support, (what kind of artifacts are you doing? Doesn't really matter, as all D&D artifacts seem awesome to me, but just curious) and my limited scripting knowledge is at your service. Though I seem to recall something like this done before... Can't find it.

ninja_lord666
The Bag of Holding has already been done, so leave that out. Normally, I'd say why, but seeing as how Oblivion has those stupid leveled monsters, you never actually get worse by comparison when leveling up. As such, some new gear that levels the field against those god-powered monsters might be nice.

Can't find it.Y'AI NG'NGAHYOGH-SOTHOTHH'EE-L'GEBF'AI THRODOGUAAAH Specifically, things like the Tabard of the Disembodied from the Magic Item Compendium.I've figured out how to make armors and weapons and random items add greater powers. However, when you unequip and then re-equip the armors, the greater power is ready to be used again. Do you know of a way for the power to "kick in" after a day of having the item equipped or in the inventory? It may seem a little stingy to force people to wait to get the full benefit from these items, but they are (hopefully) powerful enough to warrant the wait. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to script in a one-day delay for the greater powers. Also, I've some swords in mind that should really help out in those kinds of situations. Iapetus
It would be great to see a leveled bag of holding that has max weight weight caps but levels up with you every five or ten levels. Btw, any quests planned for these or just kill and grab?Y'AI NG'NGAHYOGH-SOTHOTHH'EE-L'GEBF'AI THRODOGUAAAH They are going to be hidden in places that, more or less, make sense.Gasp! Non-nonsensical placing of items! Surely madness lies this way! There will be clues, but no actual quests. The compass shall languish in this new world of non-quest item hunts. Iapetus
Y'AI NG'NGAHYOGH-SOTHOTHH'EE-L'GEBF'AI THRODOGUAAAH The items and their placement are coming along nicely. However, I am having trouble scripting them so that they give the player a greater power after a certain amount of time.I just can't seem to figure it out. If anyone knows how to script that in, drop me a line.Maybe several lines, because I can be rather slow at times.
