How to build Skellige Armor (DLC14) item xml mod?

I was able to edit and build item XML with Blood and Wine (bob), Hearts of Stone (ep1), and the base game.

 

But I tried to build item XML for DLC 14, it just won't work.

 

 

 

I use ModKitchen-v1.0.1-389-1-0-1.

 

For bob item xml - dlc/bob/data/gameplay/items_plus

For ep1 item xml - dlc/ep1/data/gameplay/items_plus

For base game item xml - gameplay/items_plus

 

They all work.

 

 

 

But when I tried with DLC 14 - dlc/dlc14/data/gameplay/items_plus

It just doesn't seem to do anything.

 

Any ideas?
