MoonlightWyvern
Some of the mods I did enjoy in Oblivion and Fallout: 3 were the mods that made people dance. It was always great fun to take a break in Moriarty's Saloon with Gob serving you the drinks... Whilst doing a beautifully animated, yet totally unreasonable dance! I usually did this for a laugh, but I think it would work fantastically in the vast world of Skyrim which can occasionally take itself just a little too seriously. I've had a couple of thoughts about this, and, on top of the simple command control to make people dance on their own, I thought it would be special if we could have two people dancing with one another. By this I mean waltzing around like there's no tomorrow, or folk dancing to the songs of the bard - Maintaining a certain realism and immersion. I don't know the stretches that will have to be endured to make this possible, but I'm sure the results will be worth it. Especially if it can be incorporated into scripts... Imagine walking into The Bannered Mare in Whiterun and being able to enjoy not only fine music and finer wine, but the local folk dancing happily away. In real times of war, people escape from it all with such pleasures, and why should Skyrim be any different? I think it would add an element of immersion through the connections between the people of Skyrim, and would make being around them more tolerable, adding a layer of emotion over what can be such a dull populace. There are more possibilities to use such scripting that could really add to quests and stories. But if nothing else, it would look great, be something to really build upon, and offer elements that are desperately needed in Skyrim.
