Warhammer 40k - Vindicare Assassin Armor

I've seen HUNDREDS or WH40k armor mods ranging from Tyranids to Space Marines' Terminators. However, no one has attempted to create the Temple or Vindicare Assassin of the Imperial Guardsman, who looks extremely badass! I would be extremely grateful and I'm sure the community as well if someone would attempt to recreate this fantastic armor and incorporate it into Fallout 3/ New Vegas!!!!!!!! Thank you in advance! The first image is just fan-art I found on google, the 2nd is an image of a painted figurine found also on google, and the 3rd image is found in the Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War computer games (Dark Crusade and Soulstorm).
