mod request: full controller remapping

i'm one of those odd sorts that uses a controller to play PC games, and to make things even odder i use southpaw stick layout.
Usually durazno works for swapping sticks, but it doesn't seem to work with NMS.
So if someone knows how to modify the stick controls, please share.
