Blurry nearby terrain texture blurry despite highugridstoload?

Configuring AF settings isn't that big of a change, and can be changed back if need be. There's only two places they could look at this, that being the nVidia control panel and the Skyrim launcher, and that should be checked right off the bat when dealing with the quality of middle distance land textures. I only asked because I had come across this problem before and low AF settings was the cause of it. If an ENB was being used in conjunction with their game then there's also have a possible fix for that.

Oh yea so the camera thing didn't fix it lol. AF x 16 through ENB. I've been tinkering with ini's all day so some values may look weird, but I just maxed them out whenever possible.
Thanks for your helps

Remove blandscapeblend=1

In Skyrimpref.ini do not use this values if u have DynDOLOD and u grids set to 5:

[Display]

fMeshLODLevel2FadeTreeDistance=4096.0000
fMeshLODLevel1FadeTreeDistance=5688.0000
fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=10000000.0000
fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=10000000.0000

[TerrainManager]
fTreeLoadDistance=500000.0000
fBlockMaximumDistance=500000.0000
fBlockLevel1Distance=500000.0000
fBlockLevel0Distance=500000.0000
fSplitDistanceMult=10.0000

Use this instead:

[Display]
fMeshLODLevel2FadeTreeDistance=2048.0000<---u can change this if u want excessive values may cause crash while loading new cells;
fMeshLODLevel1FadeTreeDistance=2844.0000<---u can change this if u want excessive values may cause crash while loading new cells;
fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=12000.0000<---change this if u have ugrids to load at 7 to a higher value (i do not remember the exact one) needs to be 3/4 of fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist;
fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=16896.0000<---change this if u have ugrids to load at 7 to a higher value (i do not remember the exact one);
fTreesMidLODSwitchDist=8192.0000<---u can change this if u want;
[TerrainManager]
fTreeLoadDistance=75000.0000
fBlockMaximumDistance=250000.0000
fBlockLevel1Distance=70000.0000
fBlockLevel0Distance=35000.0000
fSplitDistanceMult=1.5000

Set this values if u want:

in Skyrimpref.ini

[Trees]

uiMaxSkinnedTreesToRender=200

[Controls]

bMouseAcceleration=0 <---disable mouse accelaration

in Skyrim.ini

[General]

fFlickeringLightDistance=8192<--- helps preventing lighting pop-in.

iMaxAnisotropy should be set to 0 in skyrimprefs.ini and you need to have your anisotropic filtering settings to Application-controled in your nVidia control panel under Manage 3D settings- > both Global and Program settings.

Add: try not to max out all your settings, it'll probably give you performance trouble. You can try running the mod BethINI on High settings and go on from there. Don't change your uGrids settings midgame, or have it changed between saves.

Using anisotropic filtering on nvidia control panel may cause more problems than the in game one just disable it on .ini set iMultiSample=0 and iMaxAnisotropy=0.

It's not really turning it on in nVidia control panel as it is letting another application (in this case the ENB) take over that function. Unlike the turning off the AA settings, merely turning AF off on there means turning it off completely in the game. Call it a quirk that some people have stumbled upon when it comes to nVidia cards.

Good on you for picking up on the iMultisample setting. That went over my head. :)

if ENB is installed then remember to set in ENBLocal.ini this things:

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
//ProxyLibrary=d3d9_SFX.dll
//ProxyLibrary=d3d9_SweetFX.dll
//ProxyLibrary=RCRN_d3d9.dll
//ProxyLibrary=d3d9_smaa.dll
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_smaa.dll<---if you have SMAA (d3d9_smaa.dll is the file for it)
[ENGINE]
ForceAnisotropicFiltering=true
MaxAnisotropy=16
[ANTIALIASING]
EnableEdgeAA=true<------set to true for Rudimentary Anti Aliasing
EnableTemporalAA=false
EnableSubPixelAA=true<-----set to true for Subpixel Antialiasing
