Unable to access filedelivery.nexusmods.com

Just like the title says, I am unable to access anything from the filedelivery server, meaning I cannot download anything from nexusmods (whether or not I do it manually or from the manager yields the same result). My tracert also results in a general failure (https://gyazo.com/4e349fa2cd1131e7036d45c6ae170933). I have flushed my DNS, checked the hosts file, tried another browser, fiddled around with my IPv4 and IPv6 settings, disabled all firewalls, even tried using VPN, and none seem to work.

As a side note, for some reason, downloading works on Tor browser, but I cannot access the nexus mod manager download option (only manual) on Tor browser.
