Location unlocker?

Would a location unlocker be possible? Like a sort of you discovered every location. I was thinking if you where able to run a bat that teleported you to all the locations in the game.

Not a mod, no. But there is a cheat; tmm 1 (the same as Fallout). But once you do this, you're screwed if you want to go back, because tmm 0 clears all existing map markers, even places you found in the very beginning; (Whiterun and such).
