Birthsign scripting?

Hello people,

 

I've been trying to put a new birthsign in the game, but it won't show.

Even when I changed other birthsigns or edited ones from other mods, they won't show, including the mod: The Necromancer Birthsign, I just can't use it.

 

I've tried just using the console to transfer the abilities to my character, but it says it can't find the spells I made, even though the plugin is in use and I used the proper FormID.

 

Is there an expert modder out there that can help me? step-by-step instructions would be greatly, and I mean greatly appreciated.
