David Brasher
You may need to expound upon your problem at greater length. The symptoms you describe would appear to be rather ambiguously expressed. You have stated that you are "out of a ville." Please define this term and explain why this condition is objectionable when endeavoring to play Oblivion.

David Brasher
So it sounds like your game crashes to desktop when your character leaves town and tries to go into the Tamriel worldspace. If this is the case, you likely have missing meshes outside the cities, or so much lag that the game crashes. The problem could possibly be caused by .espless mesh replacer mods. If there was a mod with bad creature meshes, that could cause crashes when your character gets close to the creatures. So there is the possibility that you would have to remove or disable your meshes along with your mods. In order to diagnose the problem, there is the possibility that you will have to systematically remove large groups of mods and repeatedly play-test until the problem goes away. Once the game starts working again, you could start slowly and systematically activating your mods until the game breaks again. in this way you can isolate the bad mod that is causing you problems.
