The world is full of surprises...There are no rules that deny you your "god given right" to use all caps but you should keep the vulgarity level of your posts to a minimum. Have some respect, for god's sake. If you don't, moderators will react. I don't really get what your problem is. What's with the .esps that you don't understand? If you want to know how to use mods, you have to extract the archive to your Data folder (just as the readme.txt probably instructs you to do as well), then use oblivion launcher.exe, go to "Data files" and select the .esps of your choice. If you have other questions you are free to ask them, with dignity, respect and please do ask them clearly and precisely. We cannot guess what someone wants to know.
