How do I replace a texture from one mod with a texture from another?

Ok so I'm working with two mods that overhaul the texture for children (removes potato heads, makes them look good and stuff) However, one mod overrules the other so they aren't both active. I like most of the textures from one mod but I like some of the kids textures from the other. Is there a way I can take the texture that I like and place it in the other mod?

I would like a step by step process or a link to the procedure on how to do this.

I suggest you go the the list of the games Nexus hosts forums for: Nexus Site Forums , find the game you're looking for help with, and find the right sub-forum to ask your question. That's where the people who can help you with it are far more likely to see it than in here. I can't direct you any closer than that, because you haven't mentioned the name of the game..... and there are so many games here........
