Spartan2005
I can download mods, but when I try to install them it just immidiatly says in the mod activation que "There was a problem installing this mod" I tried using it in Administrative mode, didn't work. This happens with EVERY mod.
dubiousintent
How are you trying to install? With which mod manager? Your post is very vague. Don't assume anything. Be explicit. Give a specific example with the steps you are taking. -Dubious-
Spartan2005
Well... I download my mods staight from the Nexus into the nexus mod manager. For this specific instance I am citing, the Dragon Tactical Armor or whatever. It DOWNLOADS fine off the website, but when I try to use the Nexus Mod Manager to activate it and install, it immidiatly says in the que that "There was a problem installing this mod." and, obviously, doesn't install. I dunno how else to explain it. There's no error messages... Just a lack to install
dubiousintent
Try manually unpacking the downloaded archive. If you aren't sure which archive tool to use, 7Zip is free and commonly used within the Nexus community. It works with most archive formats. Lack of such a tool is the most likely reason for that issue on such a broad scale. If the archive tool reports the file is not recognized or corrupted, try downloading again. -Dubious- Edited August 23, 2016 by dubiousintent
