Racial ability is showing up under enchantments...?

Hey I wanted to switch one of the Cute Elves racial abilities from damage reflection to weakness to normal weapons... All I did was change the already existing value under Spell-Ability in the CS but the weakness to normal weapons is now showing up in both the spell creation and item enchantment menus. What I am doing wrong or what needs to be changed?

 

Edit: After doing some reading I see there are problems with the weakness to normal weapons spell.
