Get erroer "you need to login or register" why?

Hi, sorry My english :pinch: but I need help about log in nexus for my friend.

 

My friend got account for nexus already, but a few weeks ago, he find message to change pass word,

 

then he seems make new account for secutrity.

(I do not know detail, he change PW or made new account)

 

then now he can not download any mods ,,

 

it is strange because, he actually log in nexus page with his account.

but he can not download any mods when He click download files.

and only see erroer message

"You need to log in, or register to download this files" etc.

 

I actually check his log in image, as screen shot, then I can confirm,

he had logged in nexus, but when he try to download files,

he baned as if he have not logged in nexus.

 

(he try to download Mod Orgnizor, then there is only manuall download link,I believe)

 

how correct this problem? Is there user who had same problem before? :ermm:

he use Chrome to log in Nexus, with windows 7 PC.

I strongly recommend him to join nexus,, then now really feel sorry about

this problem,, then hope someone help him :sad:
