kenzar2k
Hello, I'm new to modding when it comes to UI, so I'm hoping to get some insight into the whole process. As it stands I've followed this tutorial/ article on how to extract SWF/FLA files from the BA2 archive file for the purposes of changing the UI in Fallout 4.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/articles/10/? I'm just testing things right now, but eventually I want to push any changes I've made the swf files to the game in order to view them. I'm unfamiliar with what to do after I've successfully modified a swf or fla file. Anyone out there have any advice as far as what to do next? Do I need to bring the new swf file into Creation Kit? I'm a little lost.
Genaxx
I recommend downloading DEF_UI It has a UI editor packaged with it, allowing you to create the hud exactly how you want it. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10654/?
kenzar2k
Yeah, it seems to allow me to push around UI elements but I was hoping to be to do more than that if that makes sense? Swap out animations, graphics etc, remove elements.
