My mask is stuck in my chest how do i fix it ?

I am using the mod Undeath wich allows the player to turn in a lich. I am trying to add the Konahrik mask to the lich form so far my lich form can equip the mask but it is stuck in my chest.

 

I tried reading some guides online for nifskope and blender but i could not find something useful

 

How do i fix it ?
