Does this mod exist?

Hi guys! I have seen a lot of mods that do one of these things or another but never one that does all 3 and I am curious if anyone knows of a mode that

 

1. makes geralt look younger

 

2. makes his hair brown or just dark

 

3. removes his scars/facial hair

 

or is there a way to combine mods to achieve this?

 

I would love to be able be able to play as a clean shaved, dark haired, on scar or facial hair geralt, aaaand if he can look a bit younger thats great too but not necessary
