Purr4me
before you run the game after it completes the cycle, remove the extended data files from the saved game folder please, then run the game from steam and it should reset all things. Nmm designed to keep backups of some kind and forces an issue. why what you see me use has no issues.

Purr4me
comparing data nowyours has all of this (bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\) Mine has nothing. Back up your files if you really think you want them and just use mine, start over from there.I do not, nor have I ever required to need to use "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" in this game ,all loose files in any Bethesda game will load no matter what. so, that's my "OPINION" about all of that. fallout 4 does not require it in Mod Organizer. you only need all of that IF your modding the game files on the fly which I don't require those tweaks. BUT ! your ini files are bad. Edited August 24, 2016 by Purr4me
