NMM is not adding any loose files when installing mods

not sure if that's the place to ask such a question :/ but here it is

i used nexus mod manager for fallout 4 to install all the mods i download, so what i do is:

manually download the mods (manually and not with the "download with manager" button
add the mod through the green plus button in mods tab and choose the archive of the mod
double click on the mod

what the NMM does is copy over the .esp files and add them at the plugin.ini and the mod works just fine
but if the mod also had loose files like texture or radio files he only makes the folders for the pathway but never get the files there
any idea how can i fix that problem?

NMM version is: 0.61.23
