modded Skyrim Crashes on wait, fast travel, and going through doors.

When i load skyrim, it seems to work. (unless i load a save in whiterun) but as soon as i wait, or try to fast travel, or go inside, it crashes to the desktop. although sometimes i can go inside or wait, but it will soon crash afterwards. How can I find the cause?

it's at this exact moment that it crashes.

This time, I managed to inside, then outside again, fast travel to pelagia farm, then after a few seconds, CTD.

the mod the id are referring to is birds.esp coming from birds and flock and is outdated use Birds and Flocks Hearthfire Edition link: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25280 instead. All the unofficial patches are outdated use this instead: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214

 

Wyrmstooth.esp should not be in top of the load order place it under the .esm
