gmartins92 Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I made a new build that is supposed to be extremely balanced and fun to play. One of the items i need is the Targe because using it with a war axe and the bleeding perks is actually viable to play without enchantments and using marked for death / poison Rune (or both) makes it even better. However, Targe of the blooded does not aply the disarm from disarming bash perk.... could someone fix this? I have all unofficial patches, they dont fix it.
