Project579
So Skyrim plugins apply change on the game by changing values thought the esp when you load an esp it applies its changes but if you load another esp after it and the esp modifies the same values the esp that gets loaded after wins and so the game uses the changes made by the esp loaded after. Example you have 2 esp that change the same armor value one sets the value to 100 the other to 75 the plugin that gets loaded as last will win the conflict so:if the plugin that makes the armor 100 is loaded as n. 10 and the one that makes the armor value 75 is loaded as n.9 the armor will have value 100 if the plugin 100 is loaded as n. 9 and the plugin 75 i loaded as n. 10 the armor will have value 75 TES5Edit makes this changes visible and editable using its interface; so the last plugin is the one that always wins the first, the one that always looses the conflicts. The other is an example of a plugin that adds some changes to the game but that gets overwritten by another and the changes get removed; when you are in TES5Edit you can move blocks of edits to make the changes that you want. When you add changes from an esp to another it is possible that those changes are tied to the plugin and so by copying the changes from one plugin to the other you need the plugin from where the changes come from to be loaded so that the other plugin can use the change this is why masters exist, some plugins may need changes that are added by another plugin to work. I know it seems complex at first but it is really easy when you understand the concept. Edited August 25, 2016 by Project579
Darkstyler35
Hello, it depends also on how the game processes the entries. Some of them will be simply overwritten, others may crash the game, like UDR. That's why it's advised, (among other reasons) to have a good load order, a bashed patch, merged patch + going thru your conflicts in Tes5edit using Thalassa's video + Mator's video to clean things and make your plugins the most compatible as possible. This way it also will ensure your plugins can be merged if necessary. I know it's time consuming and boring but hey. Good luck.

Darkstyler35
<i have 24 dirty plugins should i cleam them> refer to the mod page and see if something is mentioned about it. If not you may clean the plugin. You may also ask the author.
