LunarMaster
Basically I load up my game perfectly fine, no stunner no nothing @ 60 fps.. but when I go into a building this is where it starts.. keeps stuttering for a good 5 seconds after load. When I go back out the stuttering emplifies as I look around the place.. if I stop moving everything is fine.. Either way I think the problem has to do something with my game loading setting or something but I've no idea what to do to fix this, I've tried a number of crash/stutter patches.. nothing helped even the slightest. This also eventually leads to a game crash right after any loading screens, with no error boxes.

LunarMaster
The game no longer crashed running on newer version after changing ExpandSystemMemoryx64 from true to false but the loading screen is neverending.  - I fixed, got some errors concerning meshes and flora but I got rid of that after disabling my MMIM & flora overhaul mods.. game is working with the enbooster and all now, will give feedback about the perfomance after a bit Edited August 25, 2016 by LunarMaster

LunarMaster
So far everything is well, graphics has gotten better for some reason, no stutter other than regular load spikes, only concern is my FPS went down a bit.
Darkstyler35
Good job. May be you'll have to clear your load order a bit to adjust the resources demanding mods to your specs and refine settings. Come later to tell how it works, happy gaming.
