rad666a
I was exploring Fort Roebeck (south of IC, south west of the old bridge), and in the first zone, in a chest, I found a potion of "Cure Vampirism". Maybe you could also check with the alchemists in town whether they are offering these potions- as a mod I installed gave them this potion... My character does Alchemy, and stops by the shops all the time and I haven't seen them in the shops... I guess I'll just pu tit down to the "Huh?" factor, assume a mod added it, and move on. Maybe I'll put it on a shelf and wait in case I need it...;)
samroski
I had forgotten about the cure vampirism mod I had installed- and one day when I started to turn into a vampire - I thought this was great- I'll be super-cool- but then the sun damage started to hit- and was interfering in a major way with my activities at that stage- and I was desperate for a quick cure- and lo! I found cure vampirism potions on sale- and one potion did the trick- so save yours- you never know what fate has in store for you
SheogorathAndTheNine
I Have Found In Fort Roebeck The Chest You Said About The Cure Vampirism Potion. I Found It To It Seems Odd.
Malchik
Samroski, you can edit your posts if you need to add stuff, especially if no one else has posted. We are not fond of double posting and you did four in a row. I know people sometimes overlook the edit button but please remember it in future. Thanks. BTW an examination of the CS indicates that there is no Cure for Vampirism potion in game except as part of the Cure for Vampirism quest and it is given to the player (not found). If there was a potion in Fort Roebeck it has to have been added by a mod. If you check out the CS with all the mods you are running it shouldn't be hard to find out which one. Yah, I kinda figured that's what happened. I'll probably sit down and figure out which one after I get my system rebuilt (fatal BSD this morning). Fortunately I keep all my Oblivion mods off disk, and I even managed to get onto the main drive before I reformatted and backed everything up. It'll probably be a few days before I have the time (or desire) to check.
