Is there any Work Animation?

I have been throughly searching for a mod that adds some sort of working animation (working on a farm, in a mine, ect.), but with out success. The only thing that I have found is Actors in Charge that I can use to rake/use a hoe. However, I would really like more variety (even custom work animation). Can anyone point me in the right direction as to find a mod like this?

don't know if I understood you right. Castle Sea View Farmscomes with some working animations. You need Castle Seaview too.
