Additional Awesome Weapons

Don't believe there are enough badass weapons out there in the Mojave? You may want to check these out. This thread is for posting weapons you'd like to see in New Vegas, whether it's classic firearms, sci-fi weaponry, or just a good ol' bonk stick. Anything goes. I have no experience making mods, but hopefully you guys will find these weapons interesting enough to try your hand at making them or at least supporting them. Pictures and desired in-game stats are optional, but encouraged.

 

These are some concepts I came up with myself, though I cannot take full credit for the designs as they are edits of pre-drawn models from www.heromachine.com. I think the pictures and descriptions are pretty much self explanitory, but I'll add in some base stats for you.

 

 

Five Finger Hurricane

 

An experimental handgun with 8 rounds and reliable accuracy.

 

Damage : 64

Ammunition : .45-70 Gov't

Ammo Capacity : 8

Attacks Per Second: 1.4

Reload Time : 3 seconds

Spread : 1

Item HP : 88

 

 

Hellbroom Shotgun

 

This weapon is mostly meant to be a revamped, upgraded, and slightly larger riot shotgun with a gold plated receiver.

 

Damage : 72

Ammunition : 12 gauge shotgun shell

Ammo Capacity : 16

Attacks Per Second: 4

Reload Time : 2 seconds

Spread : 2.25

Item HP : 185

 

 

Blacksquall Light Machine Gun

 

A high powered fully automatic rifle/LMG hybrid with dependable accuracy and a decent rate of fire.

 

Damage : 42

Ammunition : 5.56mm round

Ammo Capacity : 100

Attacks Per Second: 14

Reload Time : 2 seconds

Spread : 0.80

Item HP : 920

What i want to see is a gun based off of the Volcanic Power Handgun from the earlier years of Remington, this gun also is the source of all of our modern weapons

the only problem i see though is the ammo because there are no cartridges, the powder and the blasting cap are all a part of the bullet itself, and there's no ammo in the game like that

Perhaps the best one might hope for is a lever action pistol, something like a shortened brush gun. Which still sounds cool, honestly.

There's one handgun mod I'd like to see fixed, as its' author mucked up somewhere making it.

It's a 3-shot .45-70 hand cannon, but I've not been able to get with a 2 cell radius of Goodsprings, or the West Pump Station, with the mod active. It's has HD textures, but I don't think that's the issue... gonna try it again, using a fresh install of the mod, shortly.

 

Otherwise, from what I've seen, it looks damn awesome. And would be handy if ya ain't got an Anti-Materiel Rifle.

And now a new concept I thunk up myself.

 

 

T Bolt Laser Sub Machine Gun

 

A quick and deadly energy weapon that's easily concealed and well suited for covert ops.

 

Damage: 25

Ammunition: Energy Cell

Ammo Capacity: 40

Attacks Per Second: 12

Reload Time: 2

Spread: 1.2

Item HP: 700
