CTD upon entering exterior cell

I'm getting an immediate CTD whenever I even try to enter an exterior cell. They don't even appear onscreen before it crashes. I tried to remove some of the conflicts by deactivating the Unofficial Oblivon and SI patches, but now Oblivion won't even load the start menu. My mod list/load order is attached to this post. It only started when I deactivated Rebuilding Sancre Tor and A Brotherhood Renewed to play Dark Brotherhood Chronicles- Awakening. What mods do I need to move in my load order to solve this?

I would never had deactivated the patches to try and get things working as those really enhance the game by fixing quite a number of bugs. If the game crashes when trying to get to an exterior cell, have you tried a new game to see if maybe it was something that was a problem with your save? Did you have a look at the readme for Reclaiming Sancre Tor or A Brotherhood Renewed to see if there were any uninstall instructions? Specifically from Reclaiming Sancre Tor Website which the readme file takes you to: "To uninstall, simply deactivate and delete all 4 files from your data folder and remove Oblivion.ini edits." The most important step in the uninstall process is to remove the Oblivion.ini edits.
