Getting randomly one shotted?

Hey guys, so i'm running Perkus Maximus, Combat Evolved, and Ultimate Combat as my combat overhauls. Now for some reason I am getting randomly one shotted from non-power attacks. One hit will hurt me for about 25% of my health, and ill heal up, then all the sudden they hit me again and i'll instantly die. Is this supposed to happen? I dont feel like I should be getting one shotted, it isnt fun when its completely random and has no chance of counter play whatsoever. I feel like my PerMa patcher didnt work correctly or something so some variables in my game are messed up, but im not entirely sure.

Okay something is definitely wrong with my game. I turned off all 3 mods, loaded a clean save, and when I jump on a table with a bunch of items on it for example, they kill me almost instantly from colliding with me. How do I fix this?!

FIXED: my iPresentInterval was set to 0 and it was causing some crazy Havok issues.

(re run patchus maximus after fixing the load order).
