Exterior Crashes

Reading again what happened, I doubt it would be wise to keep on trying fixing your game, (it seems we are loosing time for nothing and your savegame could be irremediably corrupted) so I suggest :

  1. Make a backup of the mods (archives) you're using to reinstall them later. You'll probably have to make wise choices, invest time in those choices rather than trying to fix game later. Most of the time it's too late because problems are remaining in your savegame. Caution !
  2. Make skyrim vanilla again to ensure skyrim is in pristine condition.
  3. Start a new game with no mods at all, to ensure your problem is not mod / savegame related. Play the same manner you've done the last playthrough, doing the same things, going to the same places, untill you have the problems or not. Invest say...10 hours to test efficiently your game and to keep in mind a good snapshot when your game is working fine to compare later.
  4. If you have the problems, (sh....t !) check your hardware, RAM, SSD / HDD, defrag, check disk, enough free space on the system disk and also where the game is installed to be sure the swap file has enough space, (and also for the game swap).
  5. If you don't have the problem, you may :
  • Check this before installing any mod : dangerous mods list + don't use old, not updated and unsupported mods; read carrefully the mod topic to see if users experience problems. Avoid installing complex mods if you can't manage them, (that's what I do) installing mods that do the same things or seem to overhaul everything; etc...
  • Use an efficient guide to build your game : STEP. If you don't want to use it, fine but at least follow the informations provided precedently concerning everything that could help you building a stable game.
  • Don't install mods like you're doing shopping, mods are always easy to install with manager, but it doesn't mean you can manage them and their conflicts. Make sure your specs can handle the mods / settings you're using, (refer to my first postn you should have everything to help you : inis, memory, etc...) your freezes are worrying, hope it is just a question of too demanding resources or savegame corruption...
  • <I'm going to try Stable uGridstoLoad.> read this topic, only you can prevent forrest fires, I agree with almost everything that is said, except ugrid to load, (see in the dangerous mod list above about it).

Good luck.

So before I decided to do all of that, I decided to see if it was just certain actions in the game crashing me.

Before, what was crashing me was going outside of Whiterun and teleporting myself immediately into Riverwood's inn, a place where there's a bunch of followers and NPCs in one place. ( and a knight from a mod that will attack me ) What I did instead was transport myself to Markarth's inn. Which was successful. Then I fast traveled to Riverwood which also was successful and then I entered the inn which was also successful as well.

Immediately transporting myself into an inn where I'll be attacked and a bunch of NPCs will help attack it seemed to cause the freeze. I'm not sure why I was freezing upon leaving Whiterun, however.

I exited out of Markarth's doors and walked for a bit. It stuttered a little bit when loading up my followers and I suppose the surrounding area, but I was able to leave and the game proceeded to run just fine. I'm going to reinstall the Memory Patch and then attempt to play the game for a solid hour. If successful, I'll look into your post about fixing navmeshes for certain places. It seems Whiterun might have been the issue.

Yeah, my Ugrids was too high. I set it back down and I went outside with no issues. ( I used the console to refresh the ini so the save would load )

I'm still having crashing issues upon loading the save however. When it crashes, I have to create a new game and save then load up the other game in order to load it up. But I think I can fix this.

I'll be gone, I suppose. Thanks for all the help and I'll check back here for more troubleshooting.
