LE NPC Greetings Change - not reduced

There is currently a mod that eliminates NPC greetings. I found it irritating that NPC's would start a full conversation with you, triggered simply by passing by them. Kills immersion IMO

While this mod is great, I think a better alternative would be to change what the NPC's say to something like "You're new here," or "Hello", instead of removing the sound altogether.
