Yet another Oblivion Glitch Problem

I am sick to death of a certain Glitch. :wallbash:

Does anyone Else experience a painfully Slow Idle animation, where your Character walks sideways, forwards or backwards REALLY slowly without you telling it to do anything? ( no I don't mean slow Frame Rendering)

I beleive I'ts an animation issue. Yes I have 200 mods however I have Tried Off loading them, Creating New Games every week ( I've only Reached Level 38 Because of all the glitches that affect save games and Crashes) uninstalling and reinstalling oblivion, and occasionally this works, but then after an hour or two the problems resumes. I have had the problem on both XP and Vista, mods or no mods, but only After installing shivering Isles for some reason. If there is ANYONE out there who experience these problems, and might have a suggestion/answer, Please reply without hesitation. :verymad:

Also It Crashes When I reanimate too many times. :thanks:

Have you patched to the latest version of 1.2, or are you still using the version of 1.2 that came with SI. Level 38 means that you've spent many hours (more than 60) in game doing stuff with SI installed the whole time right?
