Change dark /bright body

Hi,

 

2 days i'm trying to find the solution but i don't.

 

I just want to apply the good teint on a race.

 

For example, i would like to have a brighter caucasian race or a darker asian race and apply that on the whole body and head.

 

i use geck and i try some things but no result in the game.

 

On what esp or esm should work?

Where in geck should i edit those?
