Cannot enter the Bannered Mare without it crashing

I have a problem here, I have just started a new game after reinstalling Skyrim and all the mods I have and I have arrived at Whiterun and I cannot enter the Bannered Mare without the game doing a CTD. Before you say anything or copy/paste anything know twothings; one, as I have mentioned I have just reinstalled not only the game but the mods I used as well after going through a whole CTD debacle on my previous save which lead me to reinstalling EVERYTHING and two, don't just post up a tonne of pointless information that's just going to confuse me, I'm not an expert plain and simple. I will post my load order if you require that information. Hopefully I don't have to go through this the hard way of disabling a plugin one at a time before I get any result because I'm sure that'll have to do with going through DSR and Perkus on a regular basis, please help :sad:

I've just read again your previous topic to follow what have been done.

• Your load order is wrong, sort it following the yellow digits : 0 Skyrim.esm
  1 1 Update.esm
  5 2 Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp
  3 Schlongs of Skyrim - Core.esm
  4 Campfire.esm
  5 ClimatesOfTamriel.esm
  6 OSA.esm
  2 7 Dawnguard.esm
  4 8 Dragonborn.esm
  3 9 HearthFires.esm
• You may have other load order problems. Suggest you make a selective load order and untick 50% of your mods, beginning by the end of your load order and test in game. Then depending on if the problem occurs again or not, increase /decrease the remaining loading mods to find the culprit. If it was a mod that caused this problem, try to change its load order and move it once near the masters and if it doesn't work, near the end of your load order. best would be to :
  

  • Create a bashed patch including leveled lists.
  • Create a merged patch with Tesedit excluding leveled lists
  • How things work in Tes5edit : load order / conflict looser - winner / Forwarding / adding as a master. More specifically, you may create a manual patch between two or more mods.
• CTD in a particular cell / location.

I reordered the load order into it's correct places and that didn't work, like I've decided to reinstall SMIM as it seems the most likely reason is mesh related. If that doesn't work I guess I'll have to go through the last resort method. If I am to start a new game in order to work out what the culprit, would you mind telling me the easiest way (command) to get to the bannered mare?

Good news, reinstalling SMIM fixed the problem. I can enter the Mare with no problems, hope it stays that way.
