LE Black fire mod

Basically what I would like is a Skyrim mod which turns all the fire spells that the player casts into Black fire spells. I'm thinking something along the lines of Itachi's Amaterasu :D.

All the fire spells that the NPCs cast can all remain in their original form, but the players spells would only be changed and I think that would be pretty badass.
