changing enchantment number

is there a way to use the TES:CS to change the # of enchantments items can hold cause when i try to change the number from a 2 digit to a 3 digit it only registers the first 2 digits. for example: i try to change a pair of pants' number to 0/50 to 0/100 it only registers as 10 in game. any help is appreciated

It's not so much that it only shows the first 2 numbers, it's actually scaled down by a factor of 10, so you only get 10% of the value you specify in the CS.
